Domestic Exchanges - Mexico Only

We are happy to honor exchanges within 15 days of purchase for any unworn or unaltered items. To initiate your exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at care@stiefeld.com.

Please note that final sale items are non-returnable.

Returns in the USA & Canada

For USA and Canada returns, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at care@stiefeld.com to initiate the return.
  2. Return the item for store credit and place a new order online.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Final sale items are non-returnable.

Exchanges in the USA & Canada

Choose the pair you love and apply the store credit issued when you return the original item. To initiate the exchange, contact us to process the return.

International Return & Exchange Policy

Currently, we only offer returns and exchanges for USA and Canada. However, we can assist with international returns under the following conditions:

  • Canada, a $15 USD returns processing fee will apply.
  • Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • We recommend setting up a return for store credit and placing a new order.
