If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

REFUNDS
Since items are handcrafted we do not offer refunds. Please note final sale items are non-refundable.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are delivered electronically and are considered final sale.
They cannot be returned, refunded, reloaded or exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted for exchange because of wrong size. Please note final sale items are non-returnable.You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 
  • Your item must be in the original packaging. 
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Once the return is accepted, you have 72 hours to drop off the package in the shipping carrier of your choice.
    To get the perfect pair and fit, you will receive store credit for the amount paid initially or you can exchange it for another pair.Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a discount code was used in the original order, the discounted amount will not be refunded or added to the store credit. Shipping fee CAN NOT be paid with store credit. It must be paid in full and separately.  
    SHIPPING
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchanging your item.
    DOMESTIC EXCHANGE POLICY. (México en español)
    Stiefeld no ofrece reembolsos.  Si el producto adquirido no te ajusta en talla, Stiefeld ofrece un cambio de talla gratis. Para hacer válido el cambio deberás de seguir los siguientes pasos:
    1. Enviar un correo a care@stiefeld.com dentro de los 14 días naturales para hacer válido el intercambio.
    2. Mencionar que el cambio se debe por talla. Deberás de incluir la talla correcta que deseas recibir.
    3. Nuestro equipo te solicitará una seria de instrucciones para hacer válido el cambio. Una vez cumplido con los requisitos, te enviaremos una guía que deberás de imprimir y llevar a la paquetería mencionada en el correo.
    4. Deberás enviar el producto sin usar, sin signos de maltrato o de uso, en la caja original, con la etiqueta puesta, y todos los insumos originalmente incluidos (duster bag, certificado de autenticidad, etc.) Si no se cumple con estos requisitos, el producto original será devuelto al comprador. 
    Favor de contactarnos a care@stiefeld.com para iniciar con el cambio. (No aplicable para cambio de modelo).
    *Sujeto a disponibilidad en talla**Los pedidos con descuento NO serán aplicables para devoluciones. (Ej: 72 HR SALE, HOT SALE, BUEN FIN, BLACK FRIDAY, etc. es decir son VENTA FINAL).
    Si existe equivocación en el artículo enviado, se reemplazará el producto correcto sin ningún costo, siempre y cuando éste no presente muestras de maltrato o uso.
