Thank you for visiting and shopping at STIEFELD. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.


DOMESTING SHIPPING

Orders shipped to Mexico are considered domestic shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to USA, Canada, Oceania (Australia & New Zealand) & Europe (Croatia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, & United Kingdom).

Our shipping partner is DHL, and the estimated delivery date will be provided during checkout based on your location zone. Should your address be identified as a remote area, your order will be dispatched via UPS or FedEx instead.

ORDER PROCESSING

All Orders will take within 3-7 business days to be processed for shipping (Dropped at shipping company/picked up by shipping company).

 

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, except Mexican National Holidays).

STIEFELD CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OF DELIVERY, NOR STIEFELD IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST AND/OR STOLEN DURING DELIVERY. IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH YOUR DELIVERY, PLEASE CONTACT THE SHIPMENT CARRIER WITH YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION.

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped via DHL to secure fast shipping and successful delivery. Street addresses in the United States detected as "remote area" will be shipped via Fedex. 

Delivery estimates: 

  • México: 2-4 días hábiles
  • United States: 2-4 business days 
  • Canada: 3-5 business days
  • Australia & NZ: 7-10 business days
  • Europe: 3-5 business days

Delays can occur.

Estimate Total Days from Order Placed to Delivery 8-12 business days.

 

REMOTE AREA SURCHARGE

We're here to make sure your order reaches you, no matter where you are! A Remote Area Surcharge is added for deliveries to places that are a bit trickier to reach, like islands, highlands, or areas with hard-to-reach postcodes/ZIP codes. We've got you covered, even if you live in a distant suburb or town that doesn't get much traffic.

If your address is detected as one of these remote areas, don't worry! Your order will still be shipped promptly, either through UPS or FedEx. However, if you'd rather stick with DHL, just let us know via email. There's an extra charge of $31.82 USD, but we'll make sure your package gets to you with a smile!

 

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

STIEFELD do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION ORDER

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is shipped containing your tracking number.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

STIEFELD is not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

 

DAMAGES

STIEFELD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damage, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filling a claim.
