Where Are Stiefeld Boots Made?
Our boots are handmade and crafted with care in León, Mexico—a city renowned as the Shoe Capital of the World. Many global brands choose León for its rich history in high-quality shoe production.
We collaborate with three trusted family-owned shoemakers who provide fair wages to their skilled artisans.

How Often Do You Release New Batches?
New batches are released during the first and third weeks of each month. The exact timing depends on the season and style.
To stay updated on our latest releases, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter—you’ll be the first to know when new products are added to our site!
Do You Accept Custom Orders?
Currently, we do not accept custom orders. All boots available for purchase are pre-made and ready for immediate shipment.
However, we do accept custom orders for weddings if they are requested three months in advance. We primarily receive requests for white boots for weddings. A deposit is required for custom wedding orders
Sizing
What Size Should I Order?
- Boots: We offer both whole and half sizes, and they run true to size.
- Shoes and Mules: These are available in whole sizes for a relaxed fit.

I Have Wide Feet, Will Stiefeld Boots Work for Me?
Absolutely!
- Men’s Boots: Our men’s boots come in EE (extra wide) width.
- Women’s Boots: We offer two widths: B (standard width) and EE (extra wide).
For B width women’s boots, we recommend sizing half a size up if you have wide feet or if you wear thicker socks. This applies specifically to our Jolene.
I Am Between Sizes.
If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing thelarger sizefor a more comfortable fit. For more guidance, please refer to our Size Guide.

What Is the Currency Your Prices Are Shown In?
All prices are displayed in USD(United States Dollars).
Do you offer free shipping?
Since Stiefeld is based in Mexico, shipping fees can be higher. However, don’t worry—we absorb 25-30% of the shipping cost to help keep prices reasonable for you.
For example, the shipping fee for our Hair-on-Hide Ankle Boots is $52 USD, but we charge only $19.00 USD, absorbing the rest to support our loyal customers.
What Forms of Payment Does Stiefeld Accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Shop Payments: We only accept Visa and Mastercard through Stripe. Unfortunately, American Express is not accepted via Stripe at the moment. If you wish to pay with American Express, please use PayPal.
- Sezzle: Buy now, pay later.
- PayPal: Pay with your account or as a guest. (We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.)
- Apple & Google Pay: Please ensure you use Safari to complete your purchase with Apple Pay.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for store credit.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Do You Accept Returns and Exchanges?
We offer returns and exchanges for store credit only.
Exchanges are accepted if the wrong size is ordered, and we’re happy to assist in finding the right fit for you!
