HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Please use the Wholesale Linesheet link on our website to place a wholesale order. MOQ should be respected at all times due to international shipping and to help the Retail client get the lowest shipping rates. By placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
Stiefeld accepts payments in USD currency.
The invoice must be paid upfront to place an order. The Wholesaler can choose a payment method listed below at checkout.
- Visa & Mastercard
- PayPal (American Express, Visa & Mastercard)
- Sezzle Buy now, pay later.
Once the payment is received in Stiefeld’s bank account, production of the products placed will begin. Please read the product description.
Orders should be processed within 3-7 business days until shipped (Dropped at shipping company/picked up by shipping company).
The Wholesale Account may choose whether or not to use Stiefeld’s shipping account. USA, Canada, and United Kingdom only.
There are two options:
- The Wholesale Account will be charged for the shipping fee included in the invoice.
- The Wholesale Account may use their shipping carrier account of their choice. Please contact us via our chat plug in or tu email@example.com.
Our DHL account offers an additional 50% discount for orders over 50 kg, translated to two shipping boxes (24 pairs of the Aurora boots, 32 sandals/mules, or a mix).
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates: 3 to 7 business days. Delays can occur.
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
STIEFELD does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION ORDER
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order is shipped.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
STIEFELD is not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Please inspect all products immediately upon arrival.
Returns must be advised in writing directly to Stiefeld’s email address no more than five days from delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns will be accepted if advised after and without Stiefeld prior approval.
Stiefeld does not cover any shipping costs and/or fees.
Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.
Return wont apply if product(s) are held more than 10 days. Applies to damages caused by manufacturing only.
MANUFACTURER’S SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE
Products purchased from Stiefeld should only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price or above. Unless the retail client throws a sale and it has to be shown as “Sale” with the original price.
No permission required for a sale at a discount or special sale events.
